What happens when I hit a limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Here is exactly what a cap does.
Allowances reset every month
Quotation generation, AI assistant calls, Campaign launches, Solar designs are counted per calendar month and start again at zero. Annual billing changes the price, not the allowance — the same monthly number applies on both cycles.
Bought AI calls carry over
Your plan's monthly allowance is spent first; a purchased AI pack takes only the overflow and stays on the account until you use it. AI calls are weighted — a premium model costs more of the allowance than the standard one, and the app shows the cost before you pick it.
Nothing is taken away
Reaching a cap pauses that one action until the month turns or you upgrade. Your records, documents and designs stay exactly where they are, and everything you have already made stays readable.
