1. Introduction
At Solset AI, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, register your company, or communicate with our support team. This includes:
- Personal identifiers (Name, Email, Phone Number)
- Professional details (Company Name, GSTIN, Designation)
- Project data and customer information uploaded to your tenant
- Payment information processed through our secure gateway
3. Data Security & Storage
Your data is stored on highly secure cloud infrastructure with end-to-end encryption. Each company operates in an isolated tenant environment, ensuring that your business and lead data are never accessible by other users of the platform.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Solset AI allows you to link third-party services like Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp) and Google (Gmail). We only access the specific data required to perform the actions you authorize, such as syncing leads or sending transactional emails.
Google user data
When a workspace administrator connects Gmail, Solset AI requests only these permissions:
- Send email on your behalf (
gmail.send): used only to send emails you write or trigger in Solset AI, such as quotations, invoices, reminders and project updates to your own customers. Solset AI cannot read, search, modify or delete any email in your mailbox. - Your Google Account email address (
userinfo.email): used to show which account is connected and as the sender address.
Gmail access tokens are stored encrypted on Google Cloud in a restricted store that other users of your workspace cannot read, and they are never sent to your browser. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the feature you enabled, and do not use it to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Integrations → Email. Disconnecting deletes our copy of the token and revokes Solset AI's access at Google. You can also remove access from your Google Account under Security → Third-party apps & services.
Solset AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information. You can manage your profile settings directly through the platform or contact us for assistance.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
On our public website we use cookies and similar browser storage in two groups.
Essential. These remember choices that make the site work, and are not used for tracking: your currency (solset_currency) and your cookie choice itself (solset_consent, kept for up to 180 days). Signing in to the platform also uses browser storage to keep you signed in.
Analytics and advertising measurement. These tell us how the site is used and which of our ads lead to sign-ups:

Your choice. If you appear to be in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, none of these are loaded until you choose “Accept all” in the banner. Elsewhere they are on by default. In either case you can switch them off, or on, at any time: (also in the footer of our website pages). Choosing “Reject all” stops these tools from loading and removes the cookies listed above. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we ask you before enabling them. We work out where you are from your browser’s time zone, so the banner can occasionally appear or not appear when you would expect the opposite; you can always open Cookie settings yourself.
